My name's Francesca J. Littmann and I go by many titles, from Voice & Sound Alchemist, to Energy Healer, Intuitive Channel, Sacred Space Holder, Voice Reconnection Guide, Singer, Storyteller, Musician, Nature Lover, Free Spirit, Mother, Daughter, Sister, Friend and Woman. 

But most importantly, like you, I'm Human. 

I began exploring the world of energy in 2008 to better understand myself; to address the recurring issues I experienced with depression and anxiety, and to find a deeper meaning and purpose to life which I'd always felt stirring beneath the surface, but never quite managed to touch. 

Early Career

I'd began my career in 1999, when I was just 16 years old and took on my first singing student. Over the course of a decade I built up a successful Singing Teaching practice, studying with professional singers, and gaining a Performance Diploma & Teaching Certificate. Yet whilst I loved my work, I could feel a silent whispering inside of me that was getting louder and louder, telling me that there was something more, until it got to the point where I could no longer ignore it. So in 2008, searching for that elusive 'something more' I began exploring the world of energy and a whole new world opened up to me.

Unfurling Energy Journey

In 2010 I began my own healing journey with Reiki, and over the years developed my healing skills in a range of areas, from Meditation to Crystal Healing, Psychometry, Sound Healing and more. The further I journeyed inwards, the more I became aware of the many natural gifts and talents I had always possessed. 

Many years in, it finally dawned on me that as a sensitive child and a musician, I had always been working with energy and sound in a multitude of ways. And not only this, but that all those early years when I had thought I was just winging it as a Singing Teacher, I had actually been able to 'see' and naturally tap into the infinite potential already lying in wait in each of my students; I had known intuitively how to guide them in the way best-suited to them, and those tools that would help them access this potential. 

I also started to see the cross-over between the many breathing, visualisation and energy direction techniques I'd been taught as a singing student, as I began to apply these in my own unique way with my clients to bring about deep level healing and liberation of their voices. In due course these techniques developed into my Voice Healing, Reconnected Voice & Sonic Massage offerings.

Divine Feminine

And it wasn’t just my journey with sound and voice which began to open up. During a family holiday in SW France in 2015 I had an extremely profound experience in the Church of Mary Magdelene in Rennes-le-Chateau. During this experience I found myself opening up to receive the love of the Divine Feminine, and whilst I did not fully comprehend the meaning of this at the time, I knew it to be a truly poignant moment for my life journey. 

It took me a further few years to come to a place of understanding of what was being asked of me, and as I continued on my path I found I was being drawn more and more to the ancient wisdom found in nature and her cycles, the wisdom housed within me as a woman, and my connection with my Ancestors and the Collective. 

Reconnected Woman Journey

When in early 2018 the name Reconnected Woman landed out the blue, I knew I was being called to further deepen on my own journey in connection with Mother Earth and the Divine Feminine, and in my sharing of this ancient wisdom and my gifts with other women. 

Since that time it has continued to be a journey that is ever-evolving. I've come to understand - often through life's most challenging experiences - that the path we walk in this life is not linear, but a spiral that invites us to enter ever-deeper into the depths of ourselves to discover who we truly are.

Over the past 5 years in particular I've found myself being challenged to continually shed and rewrite the story of who I believe myself to be, going through miscarriages, painful relationship break-ups, loss of loved ones and perceptions of roles I had become attached to, moving countries and homes multiple times, and delving to the very depths of depression from which for a time I could see no way out. 

And yet even through the toughest of times, more and more blessings and miracles have continued to present themselves to me, showing me time and again clear evidence that I am walking the path always intended for me. And that wherever I find myself, I am always exactly where I'm meant to be. 

New Roots in Ancient Earth

After years of feeling unsure where I was meant to be in the world, in 2023 the ancient whispers of South Western England called to me and invited me to plant roots in Wiltshire. 

In the process of shedding yet more layers of myself after a relationship break-up at Autumn Equinox and moving home shortly after, life has continued to accelerate, bringing more and more beautiful connections on my path, and pointing me evermore clearly in the direction of each new step as I follow the calling of my heartwork.

As I continue to navigate this sometimes-messy but always heart-expanding experience we call life, I invite you to come walk beside me for a moment in time; let me share with you the beautiful Divine energies flowing through me to support our deepening connection with ourselves, our beloved Mother Earth and with all life, with awareness that every healing step casts ripples out in all directions, both for our ancestors and for the many generations yet to come.
