In this deeply nourishing and playful space, we will embrace and amplify the Maiden energy that exists within us all, tapping into her joy, her creativity and her wisdom. We will celebrate the  cycles of nature within and around us. And it is our honour to share this journey on the sacred land of Avebury, a place of deep spiritual  connection.

The Voice Activation & Healing Retreat Day is an invitation to explore your connection with your singing voice, releasing old traumas, patterns and beliefs you hold around your voice, to reignite a childlike sense of playfulness and activate the healing medicine already encoded within your voice.

Over the course of the day Francesca will be holding a safe space for you, guiding you through carefully selected meditation, visualisation, breathing and vocal techniques, specifically chosen to activate the liberation, healing and empowerment of your unique voice.

This cosy and intimate ceremony offers you a safe, energetically supported space to reflect on your personal experiences of 2024, the  highs, the lows, the moments of balance and everything you have learned  about yourself over the past year. It is a special moment for you to  come into deep connection with yourself and your journey, so that you  can honour all that is past and create a nourishing inner space for your  intents, dreams and wishes for 2025.

During this ceremony you are loving guided inwards to make contact with and acknowledge the important things that have happened for you  over the course of this past year. You'll be supported in the process of  release for all those things you wish to leave behind, and given space  to express gratitude for the valuable experiences and lessons you have  learned this year.
