I speak with Jojo & Katja of the Women's Health & Happiness Podcast about the vast subject of voice, ranging from the different ways we experience our voice, the importance of play and the benefits of screaming it out, as well as tips on how to form a deeper connection with yourself and your voice. Even skeptic Katja found our conversation relatable and took away some useful tools to work with in every day life as mum to a 4 & 2 year old!

In this interview with Emmi Mutale on the Sacred Feminine Power Podcast I share openly and vulnerably about my experience of being disconnected from my feminine flow and essence, how this ultimately led to the depths of depression and a suicide attempt, and how my healing journey brought me into deeper contact with my feminine power and inner knowing. I also describe the  power of the feminine voice, which is deeply connected to nature, and how women who reclaim this voice - and subsequently their truth - are able to step into a bigger place of power for themselves, for those they love and for Mother Earth.
