Please read through the full Terms and Conditions and the Disclaimer page before making your booking. Your booking is taken to be agreement to these terms.
Receipt of your payment is taken as your commitment to your appointment. Appropriate preparation is made ahead of time, including the reservation and payment where applicable for the session space. Therefore you are kindly asked to please respect this commitment by only making a booking when you are fully dedicated to showing up.
For the above reason all payments once made are non-refundable. The only exception is in the unlikely event that Francesca has to cancel your appointment and is unable to offer you a mutually agreeable alternative appointment time, in which case you will be entitled to a refund.
If you need to rearrange your appointment a minimum of 48 hours' notice is required. Please note that in the case that payment for the reservation of the appointment space has been made and it is not possible to change this booking with the space provider, you are responsible for incurring this cost and the cost of space rental for the new appointment time.
Once your payment has been made this payment is non-refundable. The only exception is in the unlikely event of cancellation by Francesca, in which case you will be entitled to a refund. Alternatively if you so choose, your payment can be used as payment or part-payment for another group or personal session.
