All one-to-one consultations and therapies are by pre-booking only.
In-person sessions are available at my home in Patney, as well as at your home in the local area subject to prior special arrangement (there may be an additional charge for this service).
Over the summer period 2024 home consultations are available in the Melksham/Trowbridge/Bradford on Avon area by special request.
Certain healing sessions can also be offered directly in nature and / or at local sacred sites in Wiltshire (please ask about the availability of this for your choice of therapy using the booking form below).
Online appointments are also available on selected services.

Francesca J. Littmann has been a voice coach since 1999 & qualified as a reiki master in 2012.
Deeply connected with the natural world, as a skilled singer, songwriter and musician, Francesca combines her gifts to offer her clients deeply healing experiences with a shamanic touch through sound baths, singing, sisterhood circles, ceremony & more.
She lives in the heart of Wiltshire near Avebury, Devizes & Marlborough, and offers her services in the surrounding area and beyond, as well as online.
