Crystal Healing is a gentle, non-invasive therapy that uses the natural healing frequencies of crystals to help you relax and unwind, opening up the gateway for healing of your full energetic body. The natural, vibrant energy stored in the crystals helps recalibrate the natural state of balance to all levels of your being, as you enter a meditative-like state of consciousness, letting go of the tensions and stresses of everyday life so that your body and being shift into the rest and restore state.

At the beginning of your session we begin with a short informal conversation to help you arrive and settle into the space. Once you feel ready, you're invited to lie fully clothed on your back. Using my voice and shamanic drum I guide you into connection with your breath and body to help you enter a relaxed, meditative state. Crystals are then placed intuitively on and around your body and left to do their work.

Before we begin we'll discuss your preferences for the treatment. You may like to simply lie in the stillness with the crystals with some gentle background music playing, as I hold the space and support energetically nearby. Or you may like to receive additional intuitive healing support with the laying-on of hands, the creation of healing sound or a combination of the two. Whatever your preference, this is all included as part of your Crystal Healing treatment.

Once your Crystal Healing treatment is complete, there'll be time to gently ground back into your body with a warm cup of herbal tea, and the opportunity to share about your experiences if you so wish.
