Complimentary Connection Call
To see if a personalised Reconnected Woman Journey is right for you, we start by having a 30-minute complimentary connection call, during which we take time to feel into our connection to see if your needs and what I have to offer are a good match. During this call I'll present to you some different options of how we can work together and over what time-frame.
Next Step
If we're both happy with the connection call and feel the resonance to work together, we then arrange a longer, more formal consultation call. During this call we go more in-depth, forming a plan and an intent for your Reconnected Woman Journey. We look more closely at where you are right now, where you want to be within our agreed time-frame, and the finer details of what's realistic for you in terms of frequency of meeting for sessions, the time you can give to self-care and development in between, and the approaches that are going to work best for you.
Depending on your location and what fits best for your life situation, sessions can take place online, in person, or a combination of the two. Where sessions take place in person, there is the option to meet at my practice at my home in Patney, Wiltshire, or out in nature subject to the content of the individual session - and of course the weather!
Starting Your Journey
After we've come to an agreement during the consultation, I then go on to create your program proposal which I send to you to make sure you're happy with it. Once we've smoothed over anything that needs tweaking and taken care of the formalities, we'll get started with your journey!
