Winter is the time of year when the deepest wisdom of our Being is asking us to slow down, draw inwards, and access the gold of our inner Wise Woman. Unfortunately, most often at this time of year we find conflict arising between our body’s deepest wisdom and the cultural conditioning of the fast-approaching festive season, as it demands that we busy ourselves with the external world and interact with others at a rate that may well far exceed our social interaction of any other time of year.

The Wintering With The Wise Woman Retreat Day is an invitation for you to step out of the pre-Christmas chaos, and step into a cosy cauldron of sisterhood, self-love, inner stillness and deep connection with your inner wisdom.

Throughout our day together, Francesca and Lynda will create a safe space for deep rest and relaxation. You'll embark on a guided Sound and Regression Journey, exploring the dreamlike realms of your inner Wise Woman and the ancestral magic within you. Tapping into the energy of Avalon, we will connect with the wisdom of our Wise Women Ancestors from these sacred lands. Through sharing circles, we’ll weave our collective insights, allowing you to leave with a sense of deep inner knowing, stillness, and the comforting support of your Wise Women sisters.
